The full fee is settled at your appointment. We accept all major debit and credit cards, including American Express, and there's no card surcharge. We generally don't accept cash.
For WorkCover and TAC, your first appointment is paid in full on the day, and you can then claim it back from the insurer or your employer. Once you have a claim number, bring it to your next visit and we'll bill the insurer directly. If you don't have your claim number yet, that visit is also paid on the day.
